Account Creation

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify UXDrive immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being used inappropriately.

Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Permitted Use

UXDrive provides UX/UI design services, digital product development, and related consulting services. You may use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:

• In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate UXDrive, our employees, or other users
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the services

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. UXDrive may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

UXDrive Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UXDrive Ltd and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All UXDrive designs, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property and are licensed to clients only for use within the scope of agreed projects.

User Content

By submitting content to our platform, you grant UXDrive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our services.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Is spam, fraudulent, or misleading
• Contains personal information about others without consent
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

Enforcement

UXDrive reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or engage in prohibited conduct. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure of your data
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UXDRIVE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF UXDRIVE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UXDRIVE FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR £100 (ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account and cease using our services at any time. To terminate your account, please contact us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

Termination by UXDrive

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services, or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You and UXDrive agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, England, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally. We are committed to working with our users to address concerns and find amicable solutions whenever possible.
